Who We Are

Our Church was founded in New Richmond in 2001. It is made up of a group of sincere people who love God and desire to know Him intimately. We gather together regularly to worship, to study the Word of God, and to encourage one another in our daily lives. We have been blessed with not only friendly welcoming atmosphere but a great group of friendly, loving, and kind Brothers and Sisters in Christ! Our arms are open to YOU!

What We Believe

  • The Bible is the infallible Word of God, It is the authority for salvation and Christian living.
    (II Timothy 3:15-17)
  • God is one, and He is holy. God has revealed Himself as our Father in creation, in His Son Jesus Christ in redemption, and as the Holy Spirit in regeneration.
    (Deut. 6:4; Ps. 99:9; Eph. 4:4-6)
  • Everyone has sinned and needs salvation. Our sin has separated us from God. (Rom. 3:23)
  • Jesus Christ is the only way to God. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh unto the Father but by me." (John 14:6)

  • The Gospel is the good news that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again. We obey the Gospel by repentance (death to sin), water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins (burial), and receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit (resurrection).                      (I Cor. 15:1-4; Acts 2:38-39; Rom. 6:3-6)

  • Christians are to love God and others. We should live a holy life inwardly and outwardly, and worship God joyfully. (Mark 12:28-31; I Cor. 6:19-20; John 4:24)

  • Heaven is a real place God has prepared for those who have received His free gift of salvation. Likewise, eternal destruction is for those who reject His grace and refuse His gift.              (John 14:2-3; John 3:5; Rom. 6:23)

Why We're Here

Our purpose is to serve God through serving others.

Jesus is our perfect example. He came to seek and to save that which is lost. When he saw multitudes of suffering people, he reached out to touch them and to heal their hurts.

The Pentecostals of New Richmond are here to reach out with the love of Jesus.  We offer a place where the hurting, the depressed, the frustrated, and the confused can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance, and encouragement. A place to grow and thrive in your spiritual gifts God has given you and experience God's love.

You have shown me the way of life, and you will fill me with the joy of your presence.
— Acts 2:28
